Job Description

Key responsibilities:

  • Source and identify high-potential candidates through various channels, including online job boards, social media, and networking.
  • Maintain a wide network of contacts in the mining industry to access potential candidates.
  • Conduct preliminary interviews to assess candidates’ skills, experience, and fit for the role.
  • Prepare and submit candidate profiles to the hiring manager for review.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including hiring managers, recruiters, and candidates.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 5 years of experience in talent acquisition or a related field.
  • Strong sourcing and screening skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Wide network of contacts in the mining industry.
  • Experience using online recruiting platforms and applicant tracking tools.
  • Ability to work with tight deadlines and achieve ambitious targets.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Positive and enthusiastic attitude towards work.
  • Contract base
