Job Description

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's Degree in Japanese Literature or equivalent,
  2. At least 3 years of working experience as a Secretary or Administrative Assistant.
  3. Proficient in English & Japanese, both spoken and written,
  4. Have a minimum N2 JLPT certificate
  5. Have good communication & and interpersonal skills.

 

Job Description:

  1. Responsible for managing BoD's needs and activities,
  2. Arrange the daily/weekly/monthly agenda or meetings & appointments schedules and day-to-day operations of BoD,
  3. Handle visa applications, and travel arrangements including accommodation, transportation, preparing itineraries BoD, etc.
  4. Prepare, organize & coordinate events, and various other activities according to the needs of the board of directors in an effective and organized manner
  5. Carry out and translate the minutes of periodic meetings of the Board of Directors

Salary

8,000,000 - 11,999,999 RP
