Job Description:

  1. Process and handle purchase request from related stakeholder.
  2. Sourcing goods, reviewing, negotiating & dealing the quotation with vendor that suit with requirement.
  3.  Ensuring all procured items all meet specifications and requirements
  4. Handling Import process
  5. Prepare document for the process of customs regulations and freight forwarders
  6. Make sure goods/services delivered right on time
  7. Complete the administrative process of purchasing goods/services
  8. Checking and following up vendor's DO, Invoice, Tax and coordinating with finance for payment process.
  9. Make report

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor degree in any major
  2. 1-2 years in Purchasing field.
  3. Proficient in Microsoft Office, Outlook, Excel, Word 
  4. Meticulous to Detail
  5. Ability to manage multiple concurrent deadlines
  6. Good at data collection and documentation in an organized manner
  7. Have knowledge in sourching capability, negotiation skill, communication skill both in writing and verbal.
  8. Fast learner and have strong willing to learn new things
  9. Good attitude, responsibility and integrity.
  10. Good command in English
