Responsibilities:

Lead and monitor the sales team in operation regularly.
Ensure the achievement of the sales target.
Improve the sales and CRM processes to be more efficient.

Qualifications:

Based in or around Yogyakarta
Minimum Bachelor Degree (S1) in Business or a related field Min 3 years work experience as a Sales Representative
Familiarity with BRM and CRM practices along with ability to build productive business professional relationships
Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales Excellent selling, negotiation and communication skills
Relationship management skills and openness to feedback
