Qualification:

Bacheld's Degree in Food Technology/Food Science/Nutrition
Min. 5 years of experience in regulatory affairs in food industry
Proficient in English. Good to know other languages such as Mandarin or apanese
Good knowledge of food laws with a specific focus on food additives regulations and labelling requirements
Strong interest in learning and studying various countries' food legislation
Ability to manage complexities and confidential information
High degree of flexibility, organized and detail-oriented
Quick learner of new concepts in different areas
