Job Descriptions:
Manage and oversee project quality to ensure compliance to codes, standards, regulations, specific equipment specifications, and QMS requirements.
Handling the quality achievement and performance improvement throughout the organization.
Communicating effectively, both verbal and written, with all internal organization departments, customer, and suppliers.
Manage matters related to Quality Assurance/Quality Control (QA / QC), including maintenance of the quality management system and applicable certifications
Monitor and supervise quality control, inspection and testing activities in the factory. Recommend and implement improvements when needed.
Updating quality criteria or checklists for inspection and creating quality standards for new part production
Investigate and solve problems on all matters related to product quality and safety including customer complaints; provide technical advice for corrective actions and submit it to related departments and BOD
Conduct validation study activities and also prepare statistical data on product and process compliance performance
Conduct training related to Quality Assurance/Quality Control (QA / QC) and correct checking techniques
