Job Description:

1. Aligning supply plan compared to the forecast, ensuring no OOS (Out Of Stock) happens and optimum inventory at the mill.
2. Do an Analysis to optimize the production plan across 2 mills (Karawang and Sidoarjo) in terms of service and cost.
3. Perform Capacity planning to ensure long-term Forecast can be achieved and to flag out the requirement of new assets.
4. Collaborate with warehouse and production to support effective production and warehousing costs.
5. Controlling and proactively communicating on an inventory of both RM and PM to achieve optimum inventory level and ensure material availability for production and healthy stock level.
6. Develop staff under His/hers to have improving capability and skills required to optimize their job

Requirement:

1. Bachelor's degree in industrial engineering, or another related field
2. Experience 5-8 years in PPIC or Supply Planning Manufacturing
3. Project management ability
4. Have skills in Leadership, Analysis, Planning, Negotiation, Detail, Target oriented and Problem Solving
5. Have Knowledge process flow of production.
6. Able to make production and Raw material Forecasting / Material Requirement Planning (MRP)
