Qualifications : 

• Having minimum Bachelor Degree (S1) 

• Major in Computer Science is prefered 

• Having ability to work independently and as a part of team

 • Having minimum 2 years experiences with installing, upgrading, troubleshooting and maintaining Cisco products, Mikrotik, and similar device for networking

 • Having experience in installing Dell/IBM/HP server 

• Having active CCNA or CCNP is advantage, but other networking certifications will be considered 

• Having proven competencies in installing, testing and troubleshooting bandwidth management system (shopos) 

• Having proven competencies in installing, testing and troubleshooting VOIP communication endpoints 

• Having proven understanding of TCP/IP networking and VIOP technologies

• Responsible day to day IT support system operation, monitor and maintain system to work properly, analize and troubleshoot 

• Monitor performance and ensure system, availability and reliability VSAT

 • Configure and install various network product (Cisco, Sophos, riverbed, mikrotik solarwinds, Network performance Monitor (PRG), etc) 

• Configure and install IP PBX system 

• Responsible day to day IT support system operation, monitor and maintain system to work properly, analize and troubleshoot 

• Monitor performance and ensure system, availability and reliability VSAT
