1. Install, configure, and maintain network devices (routers, switches, firewalls)
2. Monitor network performance and identify potential problems
3. Troubleshoot network connectivity issues for staff and point-of-sale systems
4. Assist with network security measures and ensure data integrity
5. Perform routine network maintenance tasks (backups, software updates)
6. Document network configurations and procedures
7. Provide technical support to store staff regarding network-related issues • Stay up-to-date on the latest IT trends and technologies relevant to retail

Kualifikasi

1. Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
2. Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a network support role
3. Network training or certification preferred
4. Knowledge of network troubleshooting methodologies
5. Experience with network monitoring tools
6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
7.  Ability to work independently and as part of a team
8. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
9. Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks
