General Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Management, or Any Relevant Field.

2. Strong communication and coordination skills, capable of building rapport with all levels of management and employees.

3. Leadership qualities, critical thinking skills, and excellent problem-solving abilities.

4. Ability to collaborate and work effectively with others.

5. Willing to be placed on site (Routa, Konawe, South-east Sulawesi).

Specific Qualifications:

1. 5 years of experience as an HR Manager

2. Comprehensive understanding of recruitment, training, organization development, job evaluation, payroll, compensation & benefits, and industrial relations processes.

3. HR Manager certification (CHCM/CHRM) (Preferred).

4. Familiarity with labour regulations and government regulations, especially in the mining and industry sectors.

5. Experience in the mirñeral processing and mining industry (Preferred).

Job Description:

1. Responsible for planning, developing, managing, monitoring, and executing day-to- day Human Resource Management activities in the areas of Recruitment & Selection, Organization Development, Database Administration, Industrial Relations, Compensation & Benefit, Performance Appraisal, People Development, Reward & Punishment, Termination, and Legal Compliance.

2. Directing and overseeing all HR strategies and activities to ensure the organization operates at a high level of performance to meet Company goals with competent & highly motivated employees in a conducive work environment.
