Develop and driving HR strategy in line with company's overall strategy and business plan
Responsible for developing and implementing all functions of Human - Resources including Recruitment, Compensation & Benefits, Employee Relations, Performance Management and Training Management
Source of talent through various effective channels in fulfilling business needs
Monitor internal HR systems and databases and make sure all data is updated
Oversees employee disciplinary meetings, terminations, and investigations. Maintains compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and recommended best practices, reviews policies and practices to maintain compliance.
Provide hands-on support to all Business Unit leaders on Human Resources Aspects
Promote Employee motivation in area of Safety and Health with health and welfare programs
Performs other duties as assigned
Job Requirements:
5 year(s) Proven working experience as HR&GA Manager or other HR Executive
Demonstrable experience with Human Resources metrics
Knowledge of HR systems and databases
Experience designing performance management system and compensation & benefits packages
In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices
Team management skills
Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company
Excellent active listening, negotiation and presentation skills
Excellent analytical, problem solving and decision-making abilities
Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate
Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality
