Job Descriptions:

Support the design and implementation of organizational development.

Conduct organizational needs analysis and recommend improvement strategies. 

Assist in identifying, developing, and retaining top talent within the organization.

Develop leadership development programs and career plans for employees.

Create succession profiles, identify potential candidates, and provide a development program for successor candidates.

 

Qualifications:

Minimum Bachelor degree's in Psychology or related field; Master's degree preferred.

Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret performance data.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Experience in change management and cultural transformation.

Deep understanding of best practices in OD and Talent Management
