Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in any field
Preferably 2-4 years of experience in a retail or fashion environment
Strong leadership skills and ability to coach and develop team members
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Knowledge of inventory management and visual merchandising
Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, and adapt to changing needs
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office and Point of Sales systems
Fluent in both Bahasa Indonesia and English is a must
Willing to be placed in any store in Jakarta area
